Pawl's ability to combine exceptional design skills with sound business logic has earned him industry success and a widespread reputation for "getting it".  He has worked on the creation of many well known brands including Regional Express Airlines (Rex), ACT Brumbies, TransACT, Floriade, Academy Nightclub and the Department of Family and Community Services.

He has accrued many awards including a Silver Award at the New York Advertising Festival and the 2000 Canberra Region Graphic Arts Honour Award. Pawl's influence across the full spectrum of ZOO's activities is reflected in the company's culture of growth and improvement.

I love to learn by teaming up with people who know more about certain things than I do. Maybe I can even teach them something.
