Having overseen literally thousands of design projects for clients such as Defence Housing Authority, Department of Foreign Affairs and Trade, Australian Bureau of Statistics, AusAID and the IA Group, Ash is renowned for taking ownership of each job that goes through his department.

It’s a trait that comes from more than three decades of keeping clients happy and one that he fosters amongst the members of his team. He attributes his success to relating well to people and listening to their needs. The fact that many ZOO clients have ended up becoming personal friends is further testament to his skills.
